The MOT-31 is the first Russian built sailing yacht certified with RCD CE Category B (Offshore).
The yacht has two bilge keels and one rudder with reinforced skeg for dry out in tide areas or for winter storage without any special cradles.
The hull and deck are made of alluminium alloy by professional welders, the interior is finsihed with mahagony wood.
The yacht is solid built and rather simple for easy sailing with family crew.
